The Brains Behind VCS
Heather Hall received her
Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Kent
State University. Soon after graduation she moved to
Naples, Florida and taught in the public school
system for several years. In 1999, Heather continued
her education and received her Microsoft Certified
Systems Engineering certification. She left teaching
to pursue computer networking but never dreamed that
she would be as fortunate to integrate the two
fields she loved most, teaching and computers.

implemented technology. Patient, loyal and committed to
finding the solution that meets the needs of each
client, Heather draws from her teaching experience the
ability to make her clients feel comfortable and
confident while they learn to apply their new computer
skills. In this way, Heather believes she has found not
just her dream job, but her purpose.
Heather currently publishes a
column for e'Bella magazine each month in hopes to
educate the public about the latest technology as well
as increase their self-confidence with everyday
computing.
